P280 COOKING 280 05/03/94 23:11:11     PARSLEY SUACE INGREDIENTS 25g loz fresh parsley, stalks removed; 25g loz butter; 25g loz flour; 275ml 1/2 pint milk; salt and pepper. METHOD Place thj parsley in the proceu- sor bowl and chop finely. To the pars- ley in the bowl add the butter, flour and milk and proceus together for 5 sec Pour sauce into the saucepan and bring to the boil, sthrring continuously. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
