P283 COOKING 283 05/03/94 23:11:18 VEAL AND BACON LOAF METHOD: INGREDIENTS 150mg crustless white bread 1 medium onion peeled and quarted; 700 g stewing veal, diced; 200 g strea- ky bacon, diced; 2.5 ml mixed herbs; salt and peper; tomato sauce. COOKING Break the bread into pieces, place into proceusor bowl and chop fiLely. Add the onioL, veal, bacoL, mixded herbs and seasonning and pro- cess untill coarsely chopped. Spoon the mixture into 900 g loaf tin and cover with foil. Bake at 180 C for 1 hour. Serve sliced with homj-made tomato sauce. Mostixt ComJunit8 Index.........350
